Integration of the dark side of ourselves we unconsciously reject is the most important relationship of our lives so far.
Keep it like a source of warm, not like a source of destruction.
It's a bit like fire, if you let the fire get out of control, it will consume you and burn you. But if you work with fire, it can be the source of warm.
The shadow is not bad,
The shadow is not evil,
The shadow is just a part of ourselves we won't willing to face.
The shadow is our dark side, in spite of the fonction as a reservoir of human darkness or perhaps because of this, the shadow is the seat of all human creativity.
